Sub-processors

The companies that touch your data, and what each one does with it.

Why this page exists

Our privacy policy says payment providers and a hosting provider see some of your data. That sentence is not much use without names, so here they are. Anyone processing data on our behalf appears on this list.

Payments

Stripe — card payments for guests, corporate accounts and your own subscription. Stripe receives the card details directly; we never hold a full card number.

eSewa, Khalti and Fonepay — wallet, transfer and QR payments in Nepal. Each receives the transaction details needed to take or refund a payment.

Infrastructure

Our hosting and database provider stores every tenant database and the platform database. It holds the data at rest; it does not read it.

The AI assistant

The assistant on your website is powered by a third-party language model provider. It receives the conversation and the availability and rate details needed to answer, for the duration of that conversation. It is not used to train anyone's model, and turning the assistant off in your settings stops anything reaching it at all.

What is not on this list

No analytics provider, no advertising network and no data broker. We do not sell data and we do not build audiences from it.

Changes

If we add a sub-processor that handles property or guest data, this page changes and the date above it changes with it. Write to us if you want to be told when it does.
