Rooms24

Changes displayed prices only. The site is not translated.

Look at it before you talk to us.

A real property running on Rooms24, open to anyone. No form, no calendar invite, no twenty-minute call before you are allowed to see the software. Both halves are below — the site your guests would book on, and the panel your staff would run.

One property, shared by everyone looking at it. Expect other people's bookings in the calendar, and do not put anything real into it — treat every field as public.

01 · The guest website

What someone booking a room sees.

The public site for Cedar House Hotel, on a Rooms24 subdomain exactly as yours would be. No sign-in — this is the open internet, the same as it is for your guests.

Try this

  • Search a date range and watch availability change with it
  • Open a room type and page through its gallery
  • Add a package, then change the number of guests and watch the total re-break into lines
  • Order something from the restaurant menu and charge it to the room
  • Ask the assistant for a room for two on Friday, then let it take the booking
  • Pay with the card details shown at checkout — the demo runs in test mode

02 · The admin panel

What your front desk sees.

The other half, signed in as a manager. Every module is open, so you can see what a receptionist would be blocked from as well as what a manager can reach.

Sign in with

Ask us for a sign-in and we will send one back the same day — hello@rooms24.com.

Try this

  • Check in one of today's arrivals, then take a walk-in from the same screen
  • Open a folio and route a restaurant charge onto it
  • Open a till, record a payment, and close the shift to see it balance
  • Change a rate for a single date and see it on the guest site
  • Edit a page on the website, publish it, then roll back to the previous version
  • Open the audit trail and find the change you just made, attributed to you

03 · The Rooms24 app

How people find you without knowing your name.

The map travellers open. The demo property is on it like any other, so you can see your listing from the side a guest sees it.

Try this

  • Find the property on the map by distance rather than by searching for it
  • Compare what the listing shows against what you entered in the admin panel
  • Follow a booking from the app through to the reservation on the board

When you have seen enough

Your own property, not ours.

The demo is one property with somebody else's data in it. Registering gives you an empty one on its own database, with your rooms, your rates and your name on the door.
