One property, one price, billed monthly.
Pay by card from anywhere through Stripe, or with a local method where we support one. Change plan whenever you like — limits apply from the moment you switch, and nothing you have already recorded is touched.

The selector in the header switches these figures between US dollars and Nepalese rupees. The dollar figures are the price we hold you to rather than a live conversion — if you need to be invoiced in another currency, tell us and we will sort it out rather than leaving you to work it out.

What commission costs
Work out what you pay to be found.
A subscription is a fixed cost. A percentage of every night is not, and it grows exactly as fast as you do. Move the sliders to your own numbers.
How many you let.
Across all room types, before tax.
Averaged across the year, not your best month.
Typically 15–20% for an independent property.
Of those, the share that would book you directly if they could.
Recovered going direct
$12,949
Rooms24 Starter, a year
$228
Left with you
$12,721
What recovering those bookings is worth after the subscription is paid.
An estimate, not a quote. It assumes a steady rate and occupancy across the year, and it depends entirely on the last slider — nobody converts every guest to a direct booking, and no software can promise you will.
Before you commit
The questions people actually ask.
What exactly do I get when I register?
Three things. A public website for your property where guests book rooms and order food, on a Rooms24 subdomain until you point your own domain at it. An admin panel where your staff run rooms, rates, reservations, folios, menus, inventory, payroll and reports. And, once you opt in, a listing on the map in the Rooms24 app. All three read the same records, so a booking taken on your site is the one your front desk sees.
How does a booking on my own website reach my front desk?
It is the same record. Your site reads live availability and rate plans out of your own database, and a completed booking is written straight back to it — the reservation your staff see is the one the guest made, not a copy synced across from somewhere else. That is also why a room sold at the desk disappears from the site immediately.
What does a database per property actually mean for me?
Your property gets its own PostgreSQL database, created when your registration is approved. Nobody else's data is in it, so a mistake in our code cannot show your guest list to another hotel. It also means your data can be exported or deleted as one unit rather than picked out of shared tables.
What can my staff see, and can I control it?
Yes, and it is the point of the roles module. Every route in the system denies by default and every permission is named, so you decide whether a receptionist can void a charge or open a till. Each staff member gets their own account — sharing one breaks both the audit trail and the staff count on your plan.
Which payment methods can I use?
Cards anywhere in the world through Stripe, for overseas guests, corporate accounts and your own subscription. Plus local methods in the markets we support them — eSewa, Khalti and Fonepay in Nepal today, with more added as properties ask for them. Each provider is switched on per property, and guest payments taken at the desk are recorded against the folio whatever the method, including cash.
