The rails your guests already use.
Payments first, because that is where hotel software built for one market fails hardest everywhere else. Stripe for cards worldwide, and the local rails your guests reach for by habit. Then the platform pieces you need to connect your own systems.
International payments
Stripe
Cards accepted worldwide, for overseas guests, corporate accounts and your own subscription. A first-class provider alongside the local rails rather than the only one — you switch it on per property, and turn it off if you do not want it. We never receive full card numbers; Stripe holds them.
Local payments
eSewa
Wallet payments in Nepal. Used for subscription billing and recorded against a folio when a guest pays with it at the desk.
Khalti
Wallet and bank transfer in Nepal, with success and failure handled properly rather than assumed. Refunds return to the same method.
Fonepay
QR payments across Nepali banks. The rail guests are already using at every other counter in the country.
More local rails
We add the methods a market actually uses rather than assuming a card is enough. Tell us which one you need and where, and we will wire it.
Platform
Custom domains
Point your own domain at your property. Ownership is proved by a DNS record and a certificate is issued automatically once it verifies.
Webhooks
Subscribe to events in your property and receive them at an endpoint you control, with delivery recorded so you can see what was sent.
REST API
Read and write your own data from your own systems. Available on the Pro plan.
Distribution
The Rooms24 app
Your property on the map in the Rooms24 app, where someone searching your area finds you without knowing your name. Yours to opt into, and to leave.
Channel managers
Push availability and rates to the travel sites you already sell through, and pull their bookings back in, with your room types and rate plans mapped to theirs.
Something missing?
Tell us what you need to connect.
We would rather build the integration a property actually asked for than guess at a list.
